Research Use Only
All peptides sold by OlympianBio are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research purposes. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic, or therapeutic use. By placing an order you confirm you are a qualified researcher purchasing on behalf of a research entity.
What information we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, the items you ordered, and any notes you add to the order. We do not collect or store payment card details — bank transfer details are shared separately and processed by your bank.
How we use it
Order details are used solely to fulfil and ship your order, to send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping updates), and to respond to support requests over email or WhatsApp. We do not sell or rent customer data.
Email & communications
Transactional emails are sent from our verified domain notify.olympianbio.com. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribed addresses are suppressed from future sends.
Access controls
Customer order records are not publicly readable. Order data is accessed only by OlympianBio staff through privileged server-side processes for the purpose of fulfilment and support. The public site cannot read order, suppression, or email-log tables.
Data retention & deletion
Order records are retained for as long as required to provide support and to meet legal and accounting obligations. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, email olympians@olympianbio.com.
Subprocessors
We use a small number of trusted infrastructure providers to host the site, store order data, and deliver transactional emails. We share only the minimum data needed for each provider to perform its function.
Reporting a security issue
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability affecting OlympianBio, please email olympians@olympianbio.com with details. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will respond as quickly as we can.
